  • Is there any way to change the design once I have approved it?
    Unfortunately, we start working on your order as soon as your design is approved. This means that once the design has been approved and finalized, it can no longer be altered. It is not a case to worry though, since we give you several opportunities to confirm your design by either sending mockups or sending print files of your design to confirm that the items are to your taste and need. This is done prior to starting the manufacturing process and hence there is still time to make revisions and alterations as necessary.
  • What happens if I need a custom-branded product by a specific date and it arrives late?
    Our customer service is top notch and it should not happen that we failed to ship an item on time. If we fail to ship an item at the agreed date, then we make appropriate reparations for the liability. However, since we ask our customers to choose their shipping methods and carriers, should there be an external reason for your package being delayed or that you have failed to put in a shipping date on your order, we cannot be held responsible for such delays in delivery.
  • How to confirm order or check on order status
    Once an item is purchased, you will receive an order number. This order number can be used to check the status of your order at any time. Simply email us at info@harlequinbydesign.com or text us at 562 327 9454. If you need your order by a specific date, be sure to indicate that as soon as possible along with all your order details and specifications.
  • What happens if my order arrives broken or damaged?
    At Harlequin ByDesign, we take utmost care in packing and shipping our products to you. Yet, despite the best intentions, errors may happen. You may receive something that's damaged or broken or an order that doesn't arrive at all. In these cases, please call us on (562) 327-9454. You can also email us at info@harlequinbydesign.com, and we will respond in 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can visit our help center and click on the button labeled 'my package was received with an error'. Thereafter, enter your order number and upload a photo of your damaged item, and we will respond within 48 hours.
  • How to upload design specifications?
    Please click on the Upload link ( www.harlequinbydesign.com/upload ) to submit your request. Alternatively, you can email us at info@harlequinbydesign.com or text us at (562) 327 9454. Once we receive your details, we will confirm receipt. Mockups or print files will be sent for each order prior to print.
  • Whats the best way to get in contact with a representative.

  • What happens if my package never arrives?
    As soon as we ship your order, we send you details such as tracking information along with the shipping confirmation. If you have received such tracking information but never actually received your package, please contact us as soon as possible by clicking on 'my package was never received' button on our help page. Then enter your order number and tracking information received. We will then get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. You may also call us on (562) 327-9454 or email us at info@harlequinbydesign.com
  • How long does it take to make an item?
    Since we offer bespoke solutions that fit your brand requirements, each order of ours varies in the complexity of work, design and style. The time taken first depends on how long it takes to finalize the design, as well as the quantity and type of product required. The shipping time for our custom-branded products also varies based on the shipping options selected by the customer. We offer several shipping options, starting from 1-business-day delivery, and standard delivery that takes up to 7 business days.
  • Can I get a refund if I do not get what I expected?
    While we do our best to ensure that you receive exactly the product you ordered and expected, sometimes life happens. If by chance there has been an error from our end, we make a 100% refund on your order through our item insurance policy. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you find an error on your order, please contact us via the help page. Click on 'my package was received with an error'. Then enter your order number and upload a photo of the damaged item.
